Selling Assistance


Step 1

  1. Agile Property Management will collect the complete details of the property. We have got a form which is to be filled by the owner along with the price expected.
  2. The owner will have to arrange for inspection of the property.
  3. After inspecting the property, we will discuss with the owner the market value of the property and arrive at a sale value keeping in view the price expected by the owner.

Step 2

  1. Agile Property Management will verify the documents and ownership. After verification of documents, one set of documents to be handed over to us.
  2. A Memorandum of Understanding will be signed between the Agile Property Management and the Owner.
  3. The owner will hand over one set of keys to Agile Property Management

Step 3

  1. Agile Property Management will start looking for potential buyers through online ads, company website, newspapers, known clients and corporate contacts, local brokers and representatives.

Step 4

  1. Agile Property Management will show the property to the potential buyers.
  2. Agile Property Management will negotiate the rate with the buyer and arrive at a selling price with the consent of the owner.

Step 5

  1. After the price is fixed, Agile Property Management will hand over the documents to tbe buyer for verification after collecting a token advance favouring the owner.

Step 6

  1. After verification of documents by the buyer, other formalities like drafting of the sale deed, balance payment for the sale value, registration etc will be proceeded.
  2. Registration of the Sale at Registration office
  3. Handing over of the keys and the new sale document to the buyer. .

Buying Assistance


Step 1

  1. Discussion with the buyer for the type of property required – like type of property, preferred areas, no of bedrooms and the propose investment range of the buyer.

Step 2

  1. Agile Property Management will search and identify property as per the details and specifications given by the buyer.
  2. Agile Property Management will share the shortlisted properties with the buyer.

Step 3

  1. After the buyer chooses the properties from the shortlisted properties, Agile Property Management will arrange for the inspection of the properties chosen by the buyer.
  2. Agile Property will negotiate the price, amenities and various terms with the seller as per the requirements of the buyer.

Step 4

  1. After the terms are agreed, the documents will be provided to the buyer for verification.

Step 5

  1. After verification of documents by the buyer, other formalities like drafting of the sale deed, balance payment for the sale value, registration etc will be proceeded.
